Missing Premium Holiday Editions
Why does a regional newspaper charge an additional "premium edition fee" to a subscriber's account for a special Thanksgiving holiday print package that was never actually delivered to the property? The automated billing system deducted the extra charge from my escrow balance, but the physical driveway remained completely empty on the morning of the holiday.
