Deep Learning Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, implementation, optimization, and testing of deep learning algorithms.

  • Deploy deep learning models on terminal devices, optimizing both model performance and computing resource usage to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Assist the engineering team in implementing and applying models, providing technical support and guidance.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest deep learning technologies and trends, conducting research and evaluations to offer innovative ideas and solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure projects progress smoothly, sharing and discussing research findings.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics, or Communication, though other fields are also considered.

  • Proficiency in deep learning and hands-on experience with PyTorch; experience in computer vision projects is highly desirable.

  • Expertise in one of the following areas: Lip synchronization algorithms, digital human projects, or large language models.

  • Strong programming skills, familiarity with C++/C and Python, and a solid understanding of deep learning and computer vision algorithms.

  • Ability to independently design and develop algorithms, with strong abstract thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior experience in algorithm development for speech, semantic understanding, or image processing is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix development environments, with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
